Potem każdy kolejny azjatycki kraj był wielkim doświadczeniem i gwarantował niezwykłe emocje: świątynie Angkoru, jogging w laotańskich wioskach, masaże ayurvedyskie w Kerali.

We are also unique by our food because it is a mixture of our lives, “the union of two cultures”. We grow up every day, people make friends with others, they get married here, they come with their children” says the owner Karla Gutierrez about her hotel.

There is always something that amazes me in Berlin, it can be eco supermarkets, the number of people traveling on bikes (also with children and in rain and cold), dog bowls in cafes, or small tenant initiatives that are literally everywhere in the city. Even though I don’t like queues, I always stand waiting for a table at Monsieur Vuong to eat a bowl of delicious Asian food for less than € 10, sitting squeezed at a table with other people – but I barely leave, and I’m already thinking, when I will come back here next time. Just like in Markthalle Neun, where I was eating street food, or in the Monkey Bar or one at the Vienna House Andel’s Berlin hotel, where I sip champagne while admiring the city panorama with a characteristic TV tower.

This year we spent the winter holidays in Berlin. Holidays in the city, you may ask? But the vacation was perfect, because Berlin loves children. Every place in the city offers something special for kids, and I don’t mean special attractions, as Legoland Discovery Center or Aqua Dome, but restaurants, places like Markthalle Neun, where the central point is a mini-playground for children. Thanks to this, our children are busy, and we – standing or sitting next to the table- can try delicacies from numerous stands or just enjoy prosecco. In addition, at every step our trip around the city, we meet very friendly and helpful people – and it is worth mentioning.

It’s our last destination. The last night in Marrakech. The first thing, what strike the eye in the new riad is different colour scheme. Riad Altair seems to be the most modern while keeping the unusual beauty of traditional Moroccan architecture.

“Sardinia is something else: wider, more than usual, not at all irregular, but fading in the distance, crests of hills as heath, irrelevant, which are losing, perhaps, a small group of peaks … A fascinating space around and distance to travel, nothing finished, nothing definitive, it’s like freedom itself. ” (D.H.Lawrence – Sea and Sardinia)
